just thing that was sort of unusual was generally you can alter your audio and video inputs um by selecting the various areas i could not figure out how to do that as someone who has some nicer gear i usually like to check it’s using the ideal mic input not a big deal however that’s more of a technical geek type of component but i was impressed by how whatever worked you know web-based things and not software-based stuff or like you know uh software sitting on your computer often isn’t as good you understand zoom is downloaded on your computer system versus google hangouts is in in the cloud sometimes that could be hit or miss but i was extremely pleased by the entire quality and my my uh my counselor was older and he appeared to know how to run it all and it was extremely effective i was impressed by the engagement from him through messaging uh the thing is i would get e-mails that he had actually published a message but because of security factors which makes sense none of the message was in my e-mail i needed to constantly click onto the website to see things i type of dream i could open that up but i understand that perhaps you do not desire your personal details that is occurring between therapist in your inbox i also got text pointers you understand i needed to decide in for that but like 20 minutes prior to my session i was able to schedule
